it's the time of year to be thankful. c is thankful for toys, her bed, clothes, friends to play with, and her family (all of which she listed out individually, including pets). we are thankful for loving family and friends and a church that believes in the preaching of God's word. we are of course thankful for many other things, but those are material. we are thankful for our 2 energetic girls, even at 3am when they want our undivided attention to clean up various and assorted bodily fluids (our tired bodies do not always agree, but...)

| we know she's not 4 yet, but we figure it was close enough for a mini party with grandpa and grandma. we had a great time, enjoyed a bacon covered turkey and many other good eats. now the countdown to a real birthday and Christmas begin. |
