Jon Snow, Daenarys Targaryen and 2 growing dragons (yes, we're that nerdy and we know daenarys doesn't have a purple sparkly dragon, but we do --- the stroller wore the paper mache mask and acted as the 3rd dragon) dressed as elsa for an "elsa" themed birthday party elsa's beautiful braid a went as olaf 'cause not everyone can be elsa i certainly didn't keep my mama up 'til 2:30 this morning j & a's pumpkins this was supposed to be m's pumpkin c's pumpkin: thank u grandpa steve

what do you wear to a wedding?  why, a wedding dress, of course and then you dance the night away you must have a father daughter dance while recovering, you relax and enjoy the view.  if you try to go pet them, they will run away you make a dragonesque form from 2 milk jugs, foil and duct tape then you cover it with paper mache (of course the 3 year old  "helps") painting is much more aligned with the 3 year old's art skills --- you paint it all one color and add lots of glitter edible color wheels are fun for all ages before you know it, little a is 6 months old so you find c's 6 month photos & see what you can recreate  can you tell which is c and which is a???  apparently, we used the same recipe... a baby with many faces is still working on sitting unaided she does a great c impression though!

 last weekend was the peak for fall aspens.  people drive for hours to see the aspens changing colors.  they're pretty, but this is one time of year that colorado simply can't compete with the east coast or even the midwest.  we drove for a little over an hour, enjoyed a hike with friends and topped it off with a nice dinner by the creek. yes, this is the "color" people love yes, camera batteries died before we got a good photo in baking time: making naan making apple raspberry pie c was quite proud arya was too...   c knows the children's hymn & sings it nonstop.  with her love for attention, we don't really understand her stage fright or stubborn refusal to participate --- whichever it may be.   now on to more busy fun: showers, weddings, halloween, reformation, etc...
