assistance, bacon and a birthday, curious coffee mug cakes
thanksgiving has come and gone. assistance arrived in the form of grandparents,which c loved. we enjoyed our bacon wrapped turkey.(j loves the food craving part of m's pregnancies thus far). we celebrated c's birthday. a crown from uncle kurt and auntie carrie -- c had to color the back before putting it on marbleworks from grandparents c, the ghost a crown and cape from the bruin's --- c wore the crown to bed:) a treasure box from more grandparents, much of which also went to bed with c she also enjoyed her 2nd chocolate cake in a coffee mug. all gifts were a big hit, and we enjoyed a quiet, cold,snowy evening while c played very nicely and independently. this year's b-day appears to have been much better than last year's (j was home, no one got locked in a closet, and no one got too sick). bedtime was a little rough, but that seems to be a recurring trend. who wants to go to bed when being awake is so much f...
